To hear of the passing of dear friend Ros left us with heavy hearts. Our condolences go out to the family at this time, and our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I don’t think Ros really knew what a profound, positive effect she had on those who were privileged enough to have had the chance to work with her. From our first meeting here at Sarasas Ektra School in Bangkok, to the final days of her tenure at ACT, Ros was a pillar of strength – always passing on knowledge, advice and support. Through training sessions, conferences, dinners and the odd drink or two, there was never a dull moment.
On behalf of our school Director, Mr. Pisut, and all the staff and students who knew Ros, WE WILL REMEMBER HER...never to be forgotten.

My condolences to Ros’s family on her sudden passing.
After working with Ros at ACT’s Sydney office , I feel as though I know you all well. Ros was a great leader and we shared many core beliefs about education and it’s significance in developing future leaders. We had many robust discussions on those topics over the years. Her efforts in working to develop student and teacher skills will continue to live on, keeping her spirit alive well into the future.
RIP Ros.

I’m so sorry to hear of Ros’s passing.

I feel like I know you all - Ed and family - we heard so much about you at ACT education solutions. It was a privilege to work with Ros for nine years. She was an educator with vision and high standards.
What an amazing leader, And personality she was. The GAC was driven by her, and I know she was very proud of her students successes.

First and foremost, I send my love to Ed, Izz, Constance and Edmond, and grandchildren Adelaide and Willie.

Passionate. About her husband. About her children and grandchildren. About education. About food and wine. About her beagles. About her friends. About her gym. About travelling. About life. She knew how to live and how to love and by golly she did those things well.

I'll miss her friendship incredibly but take solace in knowing that she will live on in our memories and through the love that holds her beautiful family together so tightly.

Love you Ros. Xx

I first met “The Washingtons” way back in the earth 1970s.
In the small Kentish village of Bredgar, England.
So began a friendship journey between our families.
Ros, we have so many memories of times spent together.
At this awful time we send our love to you all.

Oh what a shock! We cannot believe that our Jimmy Watson parter is no more. To Ed, Constance, Edmund and Isabelle we can only offer our condolences. Unfortunately we can’t be there on Friday but are thinking of you all this very difficult time.

“Our revels now are ended. These our actors,
As I foretold you, were all spirits and
Are melted into air, into thin air:
And, like the baseless fabric of this vision,
The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces,
The solemn temples, the great globe itself,
Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve
And, like this insubstantial pageant faded,
Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff
As dreams are made on, and our little life
Is rounded with a sleep.”

Ros will always hold a special place in my heart as a wonderful example of kindness and friendship. She showed us the importance of enjoying every moment in life and being open to sharing.

Over 10 years ago, Adriana Cuellar, the wife of one of my best friends, suggested me to get in touch with Ros when I decided to live and study my doctorate in Australia.

Arriving in Australia without knowing anyone, I decided to call Ros, and she kindly invited me to meet her and her family. From the very first moment I met Ros and her beloved family in Melbourne, I felt privileged to be a part of such a loving and special group. Ros and her family warmly extended their friendship, often inviting me to share meals at their home. I have unforgettable memories with Ros, from the day she introduced me to kangaroos, and the occasions we enjoyed great food, mojitos, and wine at her house.
Thank you for all the memories, and for sharing special moments with all of you! Despite the distance between Mexico and Australia, our friendship remains strong.
Sending a big hug filled with love from Mexico to my Australian family: Izzy, Constance, Ed, and Edmund. Consider Mexico your second home. Sending you a big hug with all my love. ¡Los abrazo fuerte!

I was deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Ros Washington, a remarkable individual whom I had the privilege of meeting and working with briefly during my time at Elyon Christian School in Surabaya, Indonesia. It is with a heavy heart that I extend my sincerest condolences to you and everyone who knew and loved Ros.
Ros left an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to cross paths with her. Her unwavering support during her time of service with ACT was truly inspiring, and her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others was evident in every interaction. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside such a compassionate and supportive colleague.
In this difficult time, may you find comfort in the cherished memories of Ros and the profound impact she had on the community. Her legacy of kindness and generosity will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of those she touched.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you, and I am here for anything you may need during this challenging period of grief and remembrance.

To Constance, Ed, Edmund, Izzy and family,
My heart breaks for you all over the sudden loss of your gorgeous mum and wife. I loved her humour and dry wit and the kindness she always showed me by showering me with wine and cheese!
An obvious family trait xx
Those we love remain with us as love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade because a loved one's gone. Those we love can never be more than a thought apart. For as long as there is a memory, they'll live on in our hearts . Xxxx
