To our "Prout' cousins from your 'Crow' cousins. We are saddened by the passing of John. We have wonderful memories of fun times all together at 'Pretty Hill'. Love to you all. RIP Dear John.

To John’s daughters and extended family:

I was saddened to hear of John’s passing on Thursday last but would not wish him to suffer. I had seen him only days before.

John spoke glowingly and lovingly about each of you. I can’t imagine your sadness now . I know you loved John dearly and you will miss him so much. I’m sure he was a wonderful dad and grandfather.

I met John shortly after he started seeing Cheryl, a friend of 47+ years.
I am glad he found someone so kind to share these last few years. I know John and Cheryl shared common views and together brought great joy and happiness to one another. John was a kind and gentle soul. I enjoyed his humour and conversations over many shared dinners, both at my hone and at Cheryl’s.

May the sadness you now feel be replaced with the fond memories of the lifetime you each share with him.
