To Vic's family. My sincerest condolences. Sorry I couldn't be there but it was lovely to be able to watch the service live here in the US. Great job to all the speakers, it's a tough job but done beautifully with emotion and clarity. After watching the slides I remembered a detail I shared with Vic and Lydia. We went out for dinner one evening and celebrated having watched the film Cabaret with Liza Minelli and Joel Gray. Vic and Lydia were over the moon with that movie (as was I) and we shared that experience many times after. Vic, thanks for sharing some great times with me over the years Vic, from Apprentice year 1965 through to our 21st Anniversary at the Inaugural Ansett Apprentice Reunion which started off as an idea between us for a small gathering of our year and ended up a major event with many repeats. Rest in Peace Mate, give my regards to Lydia. Laurie
