Lai was a much loved colleague and friend at the Law School. She was dedicated and hard working and always so generous with everything. She was also incredibly tough and never gave up hope, especially over the last year. I will miss her tremendously and the Law School will not be the same without her. It was a lovely service and sincere condolences to her family and friends.

My most sincere condolences to all Lai's family and friends. Although I hadn't seen Lai for a number of years, I always think of Lai as full of fun, and never missing a moment to enjoy life. Far, far too young to be gone. I hope there is peace now.
