Dear Dianne and Lucy, I’m sorry I had to leave yesterday before catching up with you. The service was very ‘David’ with all the music and wordsmithing. As always happens at times like these I have been dwelling on the past.I wasn’t a big part of David’s life but we were both in the same group of friends for a number of years and as Tim remarked they were very formative years. We ‘grew up’ together bouncing around our thoughts and ideas about how the world should be. David was an integral part of this group initiating discussions, leading us along his musical pathway and generally being excellent company. They are precious memories and I treasure them all. Please accept my heartfelt condolences- DG was taken from you far too early. Love and hugs, Dora

It is not easy to say good bye and it will still be for a very long time. We are grateful to have known David. The depth he had was a great support, whenever I (Arne) had the chance to converse with him. He encouraged me to always challenge and question everything. And there is never an end to „Why“. There was never enough time.
